These Terms govern your access to and use of Command SEO (the "Platform"), including our global business directory, SEO audit tools, keyword research, performance tracking, and related services available at commandseo.com and associated applications.
Introduction
By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use the Platform. We may update these Terms at any time; your continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.
These Terms apply to all users, including individuals, business owners, agencies, and organizations. If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

Entire Agreement
These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Command SEO regarding your use of the Platform. No other understanding, representations, or agreements are valid unless expressly stated in writing and signed by an authorized representative of Command SEO.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Waiver
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. A waiver of any breach shall not constitute a waiver of any subsequent breach.
Survival
Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to: Intellectual Property Rights, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, and Governing Law sections.
No Waiver of Rights
Our exercise of any right shall not waive our right to exercise it again. Our failure to act on any breach shall not prevent us from acting on subsequent breaches.
